replace twice a year by Housekeeping Staff and/or Inspectors. Applicable Fees-Partners only pay for supplies, labor is FREE.
Why sweat the small stuff?
Light bulbs – replacement is throughout the year, our Housekeeping Staff and/or Inspectors replace light bulbs as needed. A/C filters-replaced monthly by the Housekeeping Staff and/or Inspectors. Applicable Fees-Partners only pay for supplies, labor is FREE.
