Gulf Coast Concierge is an exclusive, full-service Property Management Company. Our basic objective is to introduce to Galveston Island a New level of Professionalism.

Our services will increase the volume of renters due to our commitment to innovative marketing strategies and professional management. Gulf Coast Concierge’s Management representation will project a unique, provocative, and memorable image that will be second to none in the Property Management industry. Gulf Coast Concierge is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to our clients. The cornerstone of our commitment to superior service lies in Gulf Coast Concierge’s “No Detail is too small” philosophy. This ongoing initiative promotes teamwork coupled with the highest quality of standards in Property Management.

Marketing Strategy: Our goal is to increase rentals in increments of 5 units monthly with an average of 13 days; generating revenue per month; beginning June 2006. The marketing activities which will be most effective to build awareness for our business are as follows:

  • Web Site- containing inventory of all available vacation homes with photos, floor plans and locations. Together with links from reputable directories including galveston.com, VBRO, Craigslist, etc.
  • Publications- Houston and surrounding sub-markets newspapers, The Islander Magazine, Cruise Line publications, Airline publications, etc.
  • Direct Marketing- Visit Houston and surrounding sub-markets with brochures, marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Public Relations- build awareness with the media; place articles in appropriate journals, send press releases for newsworthy items.
  • Networking- acquire a membership with the Chamber of Commerce; host a ribbon cutting event, inviting all residents along with media, area businesses, and competition; to take place upon acquisition of the first 30-vacation rentals into the portfolio.
  • Newsletter- We will also be producing a quarterly Homeowners newsletter, which will contain news and tips to help keep you informed and your property(s) competitive.
