- How are reservations made?
- Rental agents are available in the office 7-days a week. Assisting customers, booking reservations, and processing reservations made via the internet. Upon acquisition into the rental program each unit is added to the rotation on a 1st come 1st serve basis. We have implemented a computerized reservation system; this system will assist us with accuracy and efficiency, as well as allow our Partners to make reservations for their home away from home – online! In addition, Partners may review and/or print activity with respect to their rental suites.
- How are rates determined?
- To determine the rental rate for your home, we research comparable units with the same and/or similar amenities. We will advise you on what we believe to be the best rate for the best return on your unit; however, the final decision is yours. We have compiled a rent schedule based on location and/or views, as well as weekend and seasonal rates.
- Will I sign a contract? And how long can I rent for?
- A contract will be executed between the Homeowner (Partner) and Gulf Coast Concierge, LLC (Manager).
- What form of payment do you accept when renting long term?
- All major credit cards are accepted, checks, cash or money orders.
- What deposits are required for a long term rental?
- It will vary.
