Island E.T.C. presents "The Oldest Profession"
The time is 1981, and the New York economy is weak. Still trying to eke out a living - though they all could qualify for an AARP card - are five veteran "ladies of the night" who have something of a communal business arrangement. At times grow tougher and the ladies' elderly clientele grows increasingly impotent, business sags. And the women increasingly find themselves in a state of turmoil.

The AIA Sandcastle Competition
2,500+ of Houston's most creative and competitive architects and designers will pack up their buckets and shovels to participate in the annual AIA Sandcastle Competition. Using wit, imagination and their finest sand-sculpting techniques, they'll dazzle us with their creations. This great summer event is one of the largest sand sculpting competitions in the country. 80+ teams construct extravagant sand sculptures and castles. Nineteen awards are given for: best of show, public favorite, most hilarious, most patriotic, best team sign, best team costume, most lifelike and best traditional sandcastle.
