What is our cancellation Policy (Vacation Stays)?
Gulf Coast Concierge prides itself on customer service, and understanding. We know that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your vacation. We ask that you give us minimum 72 hour notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours, will lose the cost of the first night's stay as a penalty. If you have checked in, and need to leave for any reason, we do not provide a refund. Cancellations due to hurricanes, storms or acts beyond Gulf Coast Concierge must be done 72 hours before the start of the stay or will be held to the same penalty as a normally canceled reservation.
