can typically do all our background/reference checks same day and get you ready
to move in. Unfurnished suites typically
have water, waste and basic cable. Most suites also have washer/dryers in the

at better rates for you. Full size
kitchens, fully furnished with Washer/Dryer in suites. Suites include hi-speed internet, basic
cable and we cover part of your electric bill in most cases.
