assigned at the time of reservation, but are subject to change.
 Cancelation Policy: We understand that unexpected events happen when planning your vacation. The following is Gulf Coast Concierge's cancelation policy.
- All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to stay for a full refund. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of reservation, any deposits will be non-refundable.
- Example: Upon
reserving unit for future stay, i.e. July 4, 2012 if the person chooses
to NOT come to the island they must cancel the reservation by no
later than June 3, 2012 to receive their deposit back.
Damages to suite:
- The suite is expected to be left in the same condition that the tenant checked into. We provide housekeeping at the end of your stay for reasonable cleaning, this includes cleaning linens, sweeping, dusting, cleaning all condo rooms, removal of reasonable amounts of garbage. Anything deemed extra will be charged to the tenant's credit card without prior consent.
- If the tenant notices visible damage upon check in, it is the responsibility of the tenant to contact Gulf Coast Concierge.
- Registered guest will be held responsible for any damage to the suite.
This includes smoking in a unit and holds a $500.00 fine.
What to expect in your suite:
- Towels and
linens are provided, however we differ from hotels in that we do not
supply clean towels daily for you. You will
need to provide your own detergent.
- You may want to bring beach towels and save the provided towels for in
house use.
- You are provided one roll of toilet paper per
bathroom. If you anticipate needing more, please bring extra rolls.
- We do our best to ensure that your suite is up to your standards. We do not refund or credit back any amount of the vacation rental due to the following:
- Internet/Hi-Speed/Wi-Fi is not working properly.
- Secondary or Master Bedroom do not have televisions or are not in working condition.
- Missing ancillary items such as kitchen towels, blender, iron or ironing board, are a few examples.
- A
fee of $200.00 will be charged to your account for lost/missing keys.
Check In-Out Procedures:
- Check-In is at 3:00 pm. PLEASE NOTE: Your check in location is at the following:
- 8910 Seawall Blvd. Galveston, TX 77554
- Except if you are renting at the Emerald you will be checking in:
- 500 Seawall Blvd Galveston, TX 77551 6th Floor.
- Check-out is at 11:00am.
- We ask that you return the keys back to the office of Gulf Coast Concierge, if you cannot please make prior arrangements.
