 VACATION FAQs
 1. What should you bring?-Gulf Coast Concierge provides a set of linens for each bed, including the sleeper sofa (if your suite has one.), a bath towel, wash rag, hand towel and economy size bath soap, conditioner and shampoo. We have collected a list of the Beach Essentials for other things you may want to bring. Feel free to download and print it out.
2. What if I forget something? Gulf Coast Concierge has developed packages to help those that may need something extra included in their room. Need more soap? Want Dish detergent in your room? Let us know!
3. What is Gulf Coast Concierge's Rental Policies?-We have a list of our policies here, if you have any questions, please call us at 409-744-5716. We strongly recommend you read over them, as you agree to them at the point of reservation. This information includes, but not limited to, our cancellation policy, deposit policy and pet deposits.
4. What if I need to cancel? Gulf Coast Concierge has a 72 hour cancellation policy, you must call 72 hours BEFORE your reservation starts to cancel. You can view this in more detail on our Policies page.
5. What can I do when I come to Galveston? When on your Galveston Vacation, there is always plenty to do, we suggest you go to our What to do page!, if you are a company that does business in Galveston, email us so we can get you listed on our what to do page!
