- Gulf Coast Concierge has taken new steps recently for this past
winter season to save energy and you money. We are now lowering
the heated temperature to 60 degrees when the suite is unoccupied.
We inspect all suites on the day of check in, that’s when we will
raise the temperature to 72.
- Summer check ups for your Air conditioning system, Gulf Coast
Concierge can arrange a certified specialist to inspect your AC
unit. You may find out that a little preventative maintenance can
go a long way with a yearly check up. Gulf Coast Concierge
currently changes out all air filters on a monthly basis to help
lengthen the life of your system.
